Join us for a summer full of time travel adventures as we visit a different era each week! With free family trails, historical crafts, and challenges - become a Time Detective at The Curtis Museum!
We'll be running a drop-in historical craft club every Thursday from 10am-4pm for £2 per child.
Time Travel Schedule:
Week 1 - The Iron Age
Tuesday 22nd July - Saturday 26th July
Historical craft (Thursday 24th): make your own gods eyes and twine bracelets (£2 per child)
Week 2 - Roman Britain
Tuesday 29th July - Saturday 2nd August
Historical craft (Thursday 31st): make your own Roman mosaic (£2 per child)
Week 3 - Saxons and Vikings
Tuesday 5th August - Saturday 9th August
Historical craft (Thursday 7th): make your own Anglo-Saxon buckle (£2 per child)
Week 4 - The Tudors
Tuesday 12th August - Saturday 16th August
Historical craft (Thursday 14th): make your own Tudor Rose (£2 per child)
Week 5 - The Victorians
Tuesday 19th August - Saturday 23rd August
Historical craft (Thursday 21st): make your own Victorian toys (£2 per child)
