The newest addition to the offer at Headlands Farm in Wellow near Romsey is a sauna complete with its own plunge pool located beside one of the picturesque lakes.
In a tranquil setting, the sauna has space for up to 8 people. At Headlands, there’s also a massage and beauty treatment hut, fitness studio, padel tennis court, café, fishery, and six self-catering lakeside lodges.

Solace Sauna, Lepe Beach
Located directly on the pebbly shoreline of Lepe beach in the New Forest, Solace Sauna is the perfect spot from which to watch the boats sailing by on The Solent. Sauna-goers can cool down by taking a dip in the water or a plunge in the sauna’s own ice bath. As well as private and communal sessions, there are also regular special events including monthly men's saunas, women's circles, and yoga or pilates and sauna rituals.

The Fallen Willow Sauna, Stockbridge
The Fallen Willow Sauna, with its secluded lake and surrounding willow trees, is an Edenic hidden gem in Hampshire’s pretty Test Valley.
Up to six people can enjoy the comforting warmth of the sauna between dips in the picturesque Mistletoe Lake in Cottonworth, near Stockbridge.
The Sauna can be rented privately, or visitors can join a communal sauna or the regular yoga and swim events.

The Garden Spa at The Pump House, Winchester
The Garden Spa at The Pump House in Winchester is nestled on the edge of the River Itchen with an outdoor sauna plus cold-water dipping pools and a relaxation tent.
Combine your time in the log-fired sauna with an invigorating dip in the cold water plunge pool and kick back in the relaxation tent with views of St.Catherine’s Hill beside the calming waters of the River Itchen.

The Solent Sauna, Lee-on-the-Solent
The independently run Solent Sauna at Lee-on-the-Solent was created by sea and beach enthusiast Georgina and has become an inherent part of the community welcoming locals and visitors to bask in its warm wooden walls.
The Solent Sauna is available for private hire for up to six people or communal sessions for 30 minutes or an hour.
Swanwick Seals Sauna at Andark Lake
Andark Lake is a purpose-built inland diving and open water swimming lake in Swanick near Southampton, where swimmers and divers can also double their dip with a warmup in the lakeside Swanwick Seals Sauna.
The sauna is open to the public for exclusive morning sessions on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and has a platform from where users can take a dip in the lake.
