Bow-making course - A three 3 day course held in our magnificent 16th century barn at Field Farm Project.
Bow making is one of the most enjoyable and satisfying of all bushcraft activities.

Otzi Knife and Sheath Workshop
In September 1991 a 5000 year old mummy was found frozen in the Italian/Austrian Alps near Otzi, one of the most exciting archaeological finds of the century. This included a flint knife in a lime bark sheath. Over the two days you stay with us you will learn skills that will enable you to create these two beautiful objects.

Deer Butchery Day
If you would like to be more responsible as to where your food comes from and want to eat healthy lean meat, why not learn how to butcher you own? The day starts with skinning the animal and then shows the techniques used to butcher and select the best cuts of meat. All participants will have some meat to take home, and a venison lunch is included in the price.

Family Bushcraft
Learn ancient skills of fire-lighting, cook a sweet treat, help build a shelter and make woodland crafts.
Ancient Hunting
Family day. Learn about tracking and stalking and use of simple weapons.
Hedgerow baskets
Forage for materials, design and make a basket.
Cedar Bark Weekend
Harvesting, preparing and using bark from the tree.
Round Willow Basket - 3 sessions to make a woven willow basket.
Summer Kids Wild Camp
Leave your child in the safe and experienced hands of the staff at Field Farm for an outdoor summer experience they will never forget!
