Celebrate together and join in with some of the special events taking place in Hampshire over the Father’s Day weekend.
A visit to Beaulieu, Home of the National Motor Museum is perfect for dads who love all things auto, and Beaulieu’s Custom and American Show is returning on 15 June with hundreds of American motors, colourful custom cars and bikes, live music, and entertainment throughout the day.
There will be plenty of Father’s Day fun at Exbury Gardens with the Days of Steam event on 14 and 15 June celebrating Rail 200, and it’s half price garden admission for dads on Sunday 15 June.
Retro Wheels and Rails at The Watercress Line on 14 and 15 June celebrates road, rail, and music from the 40s to the 70s with vintage vehicles, steam trains, and music from the decades.
At Southampton’s Guildhall Square, the Southampton Summer Sessions features music from The Stranglers on 14 June and UB40 on 15 June.
There’s music of a more operatic variety at The Grange Festival with performances over the Father’s Day weekend from La Traviata on 14 June and The Meath Gala on 15 June.
The Good Festival at Dummer Down Farm on 15 June will be a great family day out for all, and dads can discover Life in the Roman army with the Butser IX Legion at the Weapons & Warriors! Fathers' Day Special at Butser Ancient Farm on 14 and 15 June.
Hop aboard the Steamship Shieldhall for a Titanic-themed Steam to the Solent on Saturday 14 June or for a Cruise to The Needles across Southampton Water on 15 June.
Or if you prefer to paddle under your own steam, join the Father's Day Paddle to the Pub with New Forest Activities for a relaxing paddle by canoe on the stunning Beaulieu River ending at the Master Builder's pub on the riverside for a well-earned drink.
The Plants Fair at Gilbert White's House & Gardens on 14 and 15 June will be a great day out for the green-fingered, or have a laugh together at the Winchester Comedy Festival: Summer Gala 2025 at Theatre Royal Winchester on 14 June.
Visit Basing House on 15 June and enjoy the fascinating historic grounds, live music, activities, food, and drinks from the Longdog Brewery & Bar.
And, during Father's Day Weekend at Milestones Museum in Basingstoke, dads will be gifted a ration card which can be exchanged for half a pint of beer in the pub or 2oz of sweets in the sweet shop.

From fine-dining restaurants to pubs serving up local food, there are plenty of places to choose from for a Father’s Day lunch or dinner with many cooking up special menus for the occasion.
Celebrate Father's Day in style at Lainston House near Winchester, with a sophisticated dining experience at The Avenue restaurant with Head Chef and BBC MasterChef: The Professionals winner Tom Hamblet.
For a pub lunch or dinner, try The Mutton at Hazeley Heath, a former 19th century post office, Hampshire’s ‘Pub of the Year’ and holder of two AA-Rosettes.
There’s also a Father's Day BBQ Lunch at Solent Hotel & Spa on 15 June with sizzling food and live entertainment.
