Hampshire is home to some brilliant hotels with indoor pools, whether you're after a full spa day, a family break with a splash, or simply a hotel where you can unwind properly between days out. From New Forest retreats with Thai-inspired hydrotherapy to grand country houses with heated leisure clubs, here's where to find the county's best pool hotels.

Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl, Southampton

Hilton at Southampton

For a hotel stay that combines contemporary comfort with excellent leisure facilities, the Hilton Southampton - Utilita Bowl is a strong contender. Floor-to-ceiling windows help create a bright and airy feel throughout the spa, while the hotel itself offers stylish rooms, many with views across the cricket pitch. Beyond the spa, guests are well placed for exploring Southampton, the South Downs and the nearby New Forest, making it a great choice for both short breaks and longer Hampshire stays.

Careys Manor & SenSpa, Brockenhurst, New Forest

Swimming pool at Careys Manor

Right in the heart of the New Forest, Careys Manor is one of Hampshire's most distinctive hotel pool experiences, and not just because of the 14-metre UV-treated indoor swimming pool. The real draw is SenSpa, an award-winning Thai-inspired spa spread across 24,000 square feet of hydrotherapy heaven, complete with a crystal steam room, herbal sauna, heated mosaic loungers and a hydrotherapy pool.

Hotel guests get complimentary access to the leisure pool facilities, while SenSpa is bookable separately. The Zen Garden restaurant, which overlooks the pool and its own Oriental garden, is the perfect spot for lunch between swims.
